Nancy Dugan has been practicing her craft since 1978. A NY and NJ licensed cosmetologist with a B.A. in Theatre Arts, her professional path has taken her throughout the U.S. and Europe designing hair and makeup for New York's Broadway, television, magazines, modeling agencies, classical, rock, and opera productions.

She received much of her training in Austria, West Germany, and France, via thousands of hours of private tutelage from Europe's best teachers. As a Certified Paramedical Camouflage Therapist, she is recommended by dermatologists and plastic surgeons as a post-operative camouflage consultant.

In addition to her many contributions to trade publications, she is a contributing author to Principles and Practice of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery; a medical textbook by noted NY Plastic Surgeon Stephen Bosniak M.D. It features her approach to post-surgical illusionary makeup techniques.

Nancy is also featured in the Standard Textbook of Cosmetology; used worldwide for the training of professional cosmetologists, for her approach to Clinical Cosmetology. A favorite among photographers, wedding consultants, and brides-to-be, her work has been featured among the covers, features, and editorial sections of InStyle, Town & Country, People, Elegant Bride, "B" Magazine for the Savvy Bride, Brides Guide, NJ Country Roads and New Jersey Bride magazines.
